Just BE. Be Here Now and Be Present Today was such a beautiful day. The sun was peaking through some clouds, the temperature was perfect, and we were blessed with a lovely breeze. Whether you are inside working or have the day off, it is so important to be present and aware of the moments of your life.

Be Here Now and Be Present

Today was such a beautiful day~
The sun was peaking through some clouds,
the temperature was perfect and we
were blessed with a wonderful breeze~

Whether you are inside working or have the day off,
it is so important to be present and aware of the moments of your life.

So often, we find ourselves in a state of daydreaming.
Either thinking about what we could be doing,
where we would rather be,
or what we were doing most recently.
Issues and concerns bounce around in our minds
like a ping pong ball out of control.

It is when you are entirely present
with what you are doing, experiencing,
who you are with, how you are feeling,
and where you’re located:

Sleep Meditation

**You get to experience the true richness of life~

Now couple that with gratitude
in each moment, for each breath that you take.
And for all of the blessings that seem to have come
to you with effortless ease,
or that you have worked very hard for.

Daily Stress Relief/Meditation Practice:
At this moment, stop whatever you are doing,
and close focus on your breath.
Now closing your eyes, bring your awareness
to your heart center.
As you inhale, concentrate your attention
on the idea of expansion of your heart.

As you exhale, release any tension you are holding in your chest.

With each breath, you begin to feel your muscles relaxing.
Beginning at your toes,
Relaxation starts to travel up to your body,
up your spine, through your neck and shoulders.
Relax the muscles behind your eyes.
Your head and face relax.
Relax your mind~
Your muscles will begin to feel like
butter melting on a warm skillet.

In this state of deep relaxation,
your body can heal itself on many
levels, some of them are emotional,
some physical, and even down to the
deepest aspects of your existence,
whether you call it your soul or your spirit,
can mend and grow stronger and more fit.
Your body can start to release stress,
tension, toxins, and even fat more freely.

Each breath you take can be taken with
effortless ease. No tension, no stress,
just enjoyment, and complete immersion
into the pleasure of that present moment.

This meditation can be practiced at any time.
Standing, sitting, lying down,
in a crowded, noisy room,
or in the silence and serenity of your backyard.

As you become more in touch with how you are feeling,
you will begin to sense the subtle fluctuations in each area
of your life. You will know when you’re starving,
and not just bored reaching for something crunchy to
occupy your time.
You will recognize when you are full,
instead of overeating.
You will sense when you are getting tense and
stressed out in the early stages,
so you can take the appropriate measures to
reverse the process.
