Pumpkin Season Protein Smoothie

Enjoy the sweetness of pumpkin pie without all the carb guilt! This creamy smoothie is totally yoga-diet-friendly and extra filling. It works great both as a post-workout snack and a meal replacement.

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup greek yogurt, plain

1 cup coconut or almond milk

1 pinch ground nutmeg

1 pinch ground cinnamon

1 pinch ground cloves

1/2 frozen banana or a couple of pitted dates for sweetness

1/2 cup crushed ice

Blend the ingredients until smooth in a blender. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
